As has become customary every year, TNT celebrates National Women’s Day, a public holiday that honors women’s contribution to society and their role towards freedom in their country.
Specifically, they commemorate the 1956 march where women came together to take part in the
resistance against apartheid.
TNT joins in on this honoring by bringing together a few stories where women are the real heroines. Hilary Swank, Julia Roberts, Melissa McCarthy and Goldie Hawn are some of the actresses that personify these powerful, leading roles.
