SYNOPSIS: At the end of the 1970s, Feng Du, a young man who grew up in the hutongs of old Beijing, became acquainted with TV sets at the first time. From then on, he has devoted his life to TV as a career. Feng Du's love-life was not all stable. He and Xicheng were in love with each other, but he refused to get together because of misunderstandings. All this seemed to have a close relationship with Feng Du's first love, Yi Chun.
